We charge a Flat Rate Fee of £3.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service. Your recorded delivery reference will be emailed with the dispatch confirmation. Orders will be dispatched within one working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver these orders within 3 working days but do allow 3-5 working days for delivery to be attempted. We work to Royal Mail guidelines so will not send a replacement until this time has passed. Parcels can be traced using the Royal mail site www.royalmail.com. Please note your purchase will need to be signed for.
Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is available at a fee of £8.95 Monday to Thursday. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed prior to 1pm on Fridays and costs £10.95. Guaranteed same day posting for orders placed PRIOR to 11am. Royal Mail reference will be emailed to you with the dispatch confirmation. Please note your purchase will need to be signed for.
Airmail Service is available for selected European destinations at a cost of £4.50 for orders up to the value of £25.00. This service is not track able.

Please note customs fees/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Khush-boo is not responsible for any local charges that may occur when sending outside of the EEC nor can we be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mail backlogs, adverse weather or industrial action. We ship promptly and have no control over third party's processing and delivery times.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 7 working days commencing from the day after delivery. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging and for hygiene reasons- unused and untested. Please quote your order reference when you return your item. You can cancel your order through our Contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The return postage costs for sending products back to us is your responsibility.
For orders not collected from local sorting offices - please note a replacement will not be sent until the original has been returned to us by Royal Mail - this can take up to two weeks from the original posting date. We email the tracking number with the dispatch confirmation so even if Royal Mail fail to leave a post card for attempted delivery you can still check where your order is.

Royal Mail guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have past. This information is taken from The Royal Mail website - DELAYED/MISSING POST. After this period, we will either refund or send a replacement and will then make a claim against Royal Mail. Royal Mail may, in the course of their enquiries, contact you to confirm a lost package. We ask you to respond to their enquiries without delay.
