Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our product (perfumes), we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is opened. However, if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds (Only in Special Cases):

Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
